There are two types of awards:
- Above and Beyond Award – This award is typically given to individuals or teams who have exceeded expectations in their roles. It recognises those who go the extra mile, demonstrating exceptional dedication, creativity, or effort to achieve outstanding results.
- Customer Service Award -This award honours individuals or teams who provide exceptional service to customers. It highlights those who consistently deliver high-quality support, resolve issues effectively, and ensure a positive customer experience.
