Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) has identified significant potential savings after taking up the offer of an NHSE-funded mobile data and voice audit. The free audit opportunity uses CCS’s Mobile Voice and Data Services framework (RM6261).
“Utilising the offer from NHSE for a mobile phone audit was a very straightforward process and highlighted a savings opportunity of around 75%.
“I would recommend that all trusts engage in this initiative as soon as possible as the potential benefits are significant and the initial demands on the trust are minimal,” said Richard Whiteside, Head of Procurement, EPUT.
After speaking with the team and the audit provider, Nuvoli, EPUT supplied a year’s usage data. The resulting audit analysis was delivered to the trust within three weeks.
Praise for the supplier
“Jason from Nuvoli presented the initial findings to the trust and was happy to take on board any feedback and comments we had on the recommendations. The finalised report soon followed, and this is now being used to drive forward a project which will deliver huge savings for EPUT.
“We were particularly impressed by Jason from Nuvoli who provided a clear and concise report and was happy to revise the savings opportunity where the trust felt that some of the savings presented were less achievable,” added Richard.
