Winners of the Hub Staff Awards were announced at our recent team away day in Fulbourn, Cambridge. They were presented with their awards by Howard Rolfe, MD and Rachel Alwin, Procurement Director. The Above and Beyond Award
This award is typically given to individuals or teams who have exceeded expectations in their roles. It recognises those who go the extra mile, demonstrating exceptional dedication, creativity, or effort to achieve outstanding results.
Winner: Gizem Michopoulos, Systems Process Lead – Operations
For her work in creating the MI dashboard and going over and above in reducing our procurement teams’ workloads in collecting data. Gizem also understood the importance of looking at framework usage and spend against value.
Customer Service Award
This award honours individuals or teams who provide exceptional service to customers. It highlights those who consistently deliver high-quality support, resolve issues effectively, and ensure a positive customer experience.
