This updated agreement offers trusts and other publicly funded organisations, access to a range of advisory and support services proffered by 46 providers across the framework’s eight lots.

Its broad scope of services includes sustainable services modelling, strategy, governance, training, communications and engagement delivery, procurement, workforce transformation as well as other consultancy and advisory services.

The Transform framework is designed to assist with day-to-day service delivery activities whilst addressing the complexities of the modern healthcare environment.

• The ability to benchmark providers without the need to approach each supplier individually or conduct a further / mini-competition.
• Ceiling rates in place which can be reduced by further competition
• Lot provisions are split by entity type and geography to open the framework up to SMEs
