Background
The framework agreement will strengthen Trusts’ capacity in respect of maintaining existing and future equipment and assuring clinical safety and will not, generally, involve the transfer of existing Trust staff into any Trust/Provider partnerships. However, Trusts will be free to discuss their specific needs with Providers and to develop solutions that deliver the best clinical and commercial outcomes.
