A Framework for Legal Services, with the core categories of Corporate and Commercial Law, Employment Law, Property Law and the non-core services: Health Law, Primary Care Law, Mental Health Law, Law relating to Healthcare Projects and NHS Governance and Public Law.

• This framework can be accessed by all NHS organisations in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, and the wider public sector
• There is no need to reassess framework suppliers against criteria such as net zero/social value requirements, financial standing or business probity as these have been assessed during the procurement of the framework agreement
• Participating Authorities are entitled to minimum initial free of charge consultation totalling 120 minutes as standard at senior associate or above, either written or verbal to discuss new legal matters only
• The call-off contract terms and conditions have already been agreed with all framework suppliers so no further legal dialogue is required
• Fixed cost schedule for potential activities across various categories and duration
• Transparency in fee rates
