Double Crewed Ambulance Conversions mini framework (Ref: 2024/S 000-033898)
Background
The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub (EOECPH) are utilising the Crown Commercial Service framework agreement for Purchase of Standard and Specialist Vehicles (RM6244) for conversion of base vehicles to double crewed ambulances (DCAs). The mini framework appoints suppliers that trusts can order conversions under Lot 10.
EOECPH have created a mini framework agreement enabling ambulance trusts assurance to meet the NHS England Double-Crewed Ambulance (DCA) National Specification, Section 2: Conversion specification Version 2, November 2024, publication approval reference: PRN02159.
Please note that Lots 1 and 2 have an initial term of 3 years with an extension of 1 x 12 months. Lot 3 has a period of 2 years, with no option to extend, so will end on the 16th September 2026.
