Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment (Ref: 2025/S 000-080739)

Request access to the framework

All of our frameworks have been designed to deliver real impact to the communities we serve.

Highlights

  • Specialisms covered were selected following engagement with the wider NHS to ensure they support current requirements
  • Suppliers awarded to the framework can support organisations in reducing patient wait times for elective treatments, as well as in achieving their national 62-day cancer target and 28-day faster diagnosis standard (FDS).
  • Key criteria for the framework includes improving access to health services, reducing health inequalities and facilitating patient choice.
  • Multiple services can be procured under one contract under lot 9, saving time and freeing up procurement capacity.
  • Services that can be contracted under each specialism include: triage and assessment, diagnosis, treatment pathways, minor surgeries, face-to-face appointments, telehealth and consultant-led clinics.
  • Regional matrix supports organisations in identifying local suppliers.

The Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment is a PSR framework designed to support the NHS in the management of waiting lists and help meet wider NHS aims, including improving against national cancer targets.

The framework specification was developed following engagement with Hub members and the wider NHS community to ensure the services covered support their needs.
