Mélange Coaching is hosting a 60-minute online Systems Leadership Taster Session designed for leaders working across ICBs, places and partner organisations. This introductory session offers a practical way to pause, reflect and explore new approaches to working in complex system environments.
Participants will be guided through See → Sense → Shift, a simple and applied structure that helps leaders:
- See the wider system through rapid relationship mapping
- Sense what is shaping behaviour using a practical enquiry lens
- Shift their approach using a small, safe‑to‑try micro‑experiment
This session provides a light‑touch, practical introduction to systems leadership and is open to organisations accessing the Training & Development Services framework.
