The Procurement Act 2023 has introduced new obligations that NHS procurement teams cannot afford to overlook, from updated notice requirements to the practicalities of calling off from frameworks.
The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub has brought together this in-person session in partnership with our legal partners Mills & Reeve, hosted at their Cambridge offices, to give members direct access to expert insight on what contract management looks like under the new Act.
Jenny Beresford-Jones and Shailee Howard from Mills & Reeve will lead the session, covering your obligations under the Act, common pitfalls to avoid, and what calling off from frameworks looks like in practice.
