With our Commissioning Partner framework expiring at the end of 2018, we're pleased to announce that it will be replaced with the Transforming Organisations, Partnerships and Systems (TOPS) framework, due to be available to members at the beginning of 2019. 

The TOPS framework will have eleven lots: 

Lot 1: Sustainable Services Modelling, Design and Improvement

Lot 2: Strategy, System Leadership, Governance and Integrated Assurance

Lot 3: Engagement and Consultation Advisory, Training and Quality Assurance Partner

Lot 4: Managed Audio/Visual Conferencing Support Services

Lot 5: Specialist Legal Support and Advice: Service Delivery and Partnering

Lot 6: Commercial, Financial and Related Advisory Services

Lot 7: Procurement Services

Lot 8: Workforce Transformation

Lot 9: Organisational and Back Office Efficiencies

Lot 10: Communications and Engagement Delivery

Lot 11: Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services (bidders can ask to be awarded against this lot if they are successful in being being awarded two or more separate lots)

We envisage that Lots 1 to 10 could each have a number of providers awarded, depending on evaluation outcomes. 

Tenders for the framework are currently being evaluated by the Hub's Corporate team, focusing on experienced and qualified providers with emphasis placed on case studies and references.
