Business Services

The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub's Business Services offering is separated into three categories that support the day-to-day operation of NHS organisations: ICTProperty and Facilities Management and Corporate

The Business Services categories support Hub members at a local, regional and national level, ensuring compliance with legislation, professional regulations and best practice requirements such as statutory audit, counter fraud services and managed teleradiology reporting.

Business Services covers a wide range of complex services, including governance, coaching, leadership, organisational growth and patient care pathway development, both for individual organisations and in collaboration between health and social care service providers.

Services offered under these categories are aimed at ensuring that our members understand and are able to deliver the goals and improvements set out under the NHS Long Term Plan.

Frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems included in Business Services portfolio are ideal for wide scale contracting and collaboration; these include linen and laundry, waste and recycling as well as clinical managed services such as teleradiology reporting.  The Hub can provide knowledgeable support resources to help STPs and other member collaboration initiatives achieve best in class outcomes.
