The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub (EOECPH) is hosting a regional meeting to support member trusts in sharing knowledge and experience of using the Commercial Continuous Improvement Assessment Framework (CCIAF), on Monday 24th October at 3-4pm. 

The CCIAF supports the Government Functional Standard GovS 008: Commercial, which sets expectations and drives consistency in the planning and management of commercial practices across the public sector.  By sharing collective knowledge and experiences of using the framework, the meeting will offer attendees support, share learning and provide an opportunity to discuss any potential pitfalls or issues that may arise.

 Suggested topics on the agenda include: 

• a look at the latest scoring tool (for familiarisation purposes)
• a chance for attendees to voice their own experiences and hear about the Hub’s experience of using the CCIAF assessment scoring tool
• a discussion about content for, or the need for, future meetings and ideas on the best way to maintain a supportive network.
