The Hub’s Business Services team is pleased to announce that four new suppliers have been awarded to the Dermatology Services framework, bringing the total number of providers to 14.  As a result, the framework offers even greater sustainability and resilience to local service provision.

Sandra Atik, Assistant Director of Procurement Business Services, said: “Having re-opened the framework, we are delighted the marketplace has responded favourably.

“These additional suppliers will add a new dimension to the service provision available.”

The new providers are:  MySkinDoctor, Portland Clinical Limited, Shakespeare Clinic Limited and Vita Health Group.

Benefits of the framework include:

• Increased visibility of the patient pathway
• Triage and clinical assessment of patients for a range of conditions
• Clinically appropriate diagnostics and treatment, in accordance with Participating NHS Trust Authority procedure
• Service specifications available against the framework are compliant with the British Association of Dermatologists (BAD) and NHS England
• Flexible service delivery options.
