We're hiring: Procurement Specialists

The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub is currently looking to fill four procurement specialist roles across our Estates & Digital, Business Services and Workforce divisions.

We are seeking experienced and proactive procurement professionals, who can manage stakeholder engagement and work collaboratively with our partners - NHS Procurement in Partnership (NHS PiP) and/or NHS Workforce Alliance.

These are full time, hybrid working roles, with time split between the Hub’s base in Fulbourn, Cambridge and home working.  Occasionally, travel may be required to other NHS locations, primarily in the East of England.

Procurement Specialist Band 8a, Estates & Digital

The post holder will develop strategies and specifications, support customer projects, provide advice and reduce spend within Integrated Care Systems and NHS Trusts.

Using their specialist procurement knowledge, they will develop and deliver innovative services and frameworks and support stakeholders, health systems and individual NHS organisations.

Procurement Specialist Band 8a (fixed term 18 months), Estates & Digital

As The Hub’s primary ICT lead, the post holder will use their specialist procurement knowledge to develop and deliver innovative services and frameworks.

They will support stakeholders, health systems and individual NHS organisations, develop strategies and specifications, support customer projects, provide advice and reduce spend within Integrated Care Systems and NHS Trusts.

Procurement Specialist Band 8a, Business Services

The post holder will use their specialist procurement knowledge to develop and deliver innovative services and frameworks for managed services and statutory and non-statutory services. Supporting stakeholders, health systems and individual NHS organisations, they will develop strategies and specifications, support customer projects, provide advice and reduce spend within Integrated Care Systems and NHS Trusts.

Procurement Specialist Band 8a, Workforce

The post holder will use their specialist procurement knowledge to develop and deliver innovative health workforce services and frameworks and will work collaboratively with our partners in the NHS Workforce Alliance.

Supporting stakeholders, including HR Directors, health systems and individual NHS organisations, the post holder will develop supporting strategies and reduce agency spend within Integrated Care Systems and NHS Trusts.
