Hub Statement on COVID-19

As we all continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19, we wanted to take this opportunity to update our customers on actions the Hub is taking in response to the current situation.
 
First and foremost, our focus is on the health and wellbeing of Hub employees and customers; we are closely following all Public Health England, government and individual trust guidelines, advice and policies.
 
With that being said, we remain entirely committed to ensuring our members have the resources and support they need to address the Corona virus and continue with the smooth running of trusts. Our staff are in close contact with customers and stakeholder groups to decide on how to best continue the collaborative dialogue; remote communication options are being utilised wherever possible, we are respecting customer site visitor policies to ensure trusts are not receiving visitors where no longer appropriate and reviewing and postponing meetings where other priorities need to take precedence.
 
Hub staff are also liaising with all framework suppliers to assess the impact of COVID-19 on their business operations and develop contingency plans where necessary, and intend to update customers of any identified risks or variations to service.
 
If you are experiencing any issues with suppliers under Hub frameworks, please contact us and we will support you in dealing with these matters.
