Commissioning Partner Framework

The Commissioning Services Partner Framework has significant benefits for anyone involved with providing or commissioning health and social care services.  The framework supports Acute Trusts, CCGs, Local Authorities and other Providers or co-commissioners in the Health & Social Care co-commissioning arena and community services provision landscape.  

The framework has been awarded with a Single Provider per Lot enabling direct award and access to our Partners for use of their services.  The Contract was advertised and awarded on OJEU with a term of four years from January 2015.  

Lot 1: Attain - Commissioning and Procurement Partner

Lot 2: The Consultation Institute - Engagement and Consultation

Services include but are not limited to:

  • Commissioners In-house Skills Sets
  • Methodologies for "buy-in" to training
  • Public Consultation
  • Public Engagement
  • Stakeholder Identification
  • Training Partner
  • Legislative Requirements of Commissioners

 

Lot 3: GE Healthcare Finnamore - Strategic Care Pathway Redesign

Services include but are not limited to:

  • Transformation of Services
  • Data and Analytics
  • Stimulation and Modelling
  • Complex Service Redesign
  • Consultation 
  • Partner
  • Management Engagement
  • Legislative Requirements of Commissioners
