Pharmacy Model

The Hub's pharmacy model covers the East of England region and we currently have 40 member trusts.  Our current members include acute hospitals, clinical commissioning groups, mental health partnerships, community health trusts and GP Federation.  We recognise that there are defined needs for our different cohorts of members and therefore have distinct work plans covering; clinical commissioning groups, community and mental health trusts and acute trusts.  Our work plans are aligned to our member’s medicines optimisation priorities and procurement needs.
